### How to configure access to blockchain networks with a managed service <a href="#how-to-configure-access-to-blockchain-networks-with-a-managed-service" id="how-to-configure-access-to-blockchain-networks-with-a-managed-service"></a>

To quickly connect to the Kima testnet, you can use managed services like Infura, Alchemy, QuickNode, or Ankr. These services simplify blockchain infrastructure by providing RPC endpoints you can access with API keys.

Here’s how to create API keys for each service:

> When selecting networks ensure you select the Kima-supported networks (see the [official documentation for the list](/kima-network/supported-assets.md)).

**Infura**

Visit the [Infura website](https://infura.io) and create an account. Follow the prompts to create an API key.

**Alchemy**

Sign up at Alchemy's website. Navigate to the dashboard and select Apps in the left-hand menu. Create a new App, selecting the network(s) you need. Once saved, your API key will be displayed at the top right of the page.

**QuickNode**

Sign up at [QuickNode's website](https://www.quicknode.com). After logging in, create your first endpoint by following the on-screen instructions.

**Ankr**

Visit [Ankr's website](https://www.ankr.com/) . In the top navigation menu, click on Products and select Web3 API. Set up an account, then navigate to the endpoint creation page to configure your API.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.kima.network/kima-network/become-a-kima-validator/appendix.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
